Hi receive the product exactly the estimated arrival date in perfect conditions. Installation was very easy, and we notice clearer water and ice, my old filter was 2 years old, and I haven't notice any bad taste or decoloration in the ice, but after Intall a new one there is certaily a difference in the "taste" of the water and the size and color of the Ice.
